Mountain View Labradoodles and Goldendoodles
Puppy Application 

If you would like to be on our waiting list for a labradoodle or goldendoodle puppy, we require
a completed application returned with a deposit of $250 made out to: Terrie Schaff (please do not make it out
 to Mountain View...as it would have to be returned). Deposits become non-refundable, once
 your application is accepted, and will be applied to the total purchase price of the puppy.
After you are accepted, we will let you know when you've been added to our waiting list!
Reservations are taken in the order that they are received. Please read my policies in "Our Commitment to You"
